Enrollment Regulations:

1. Enrollment and Booking

Enrollment for all courses organized by Andes Spanish Online takes place through reservation by:

  • Phone or SMS: +48 796 876 514

Bookings are accepted depending on the availability of places in the selected course.

2. Payment and Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, the participant is required to make the full payment, according to the current prices, either by card or bank transfer to the following account:

Account Number: To be confirmed via email
Account Holder: Andes Spanish Online

A reservation not paid within three (3) business days will be automatically canceled.
If you require an invoice, please inform us at the time of reservation.

3. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided during registration (such as name and contact details) are processed solely for the purpose of managing course registrations and communications related to our educational services.

Personal data are not shared with third parties and not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Participants have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their data at any time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a student cannot attend an individual or group lesson, they must notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance.
If notice is not given within this time, the lesson is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

Each student is entitled to reschedule one (1) canceled lesson per month. Any additional canceled lessons will be forfeited.

5. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering for any course, lesson, or event organized by Andes Spanish Online, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the above regulations.
